YOUR TRUST, OUR STRENGTH
It is thanks to the trust shown to us by the Chief Editor of Cuisine Collective by presenting some SENES’ work in a section named HEALTH-NUTRITION (ALIMENTATION SANTE) that the story started in 2012. Shortly after, a partnership with the ROBOT-COUPE company was set up. Our common values and our complementarity still allow this fusion of expertise today.
With INRA, we have been working for more than three years with the aim to explore the scientific aspect of texturing (grain size, palatability) as well as the consumer’s behaviour with an adequate diet. We also collaborate with French universities:

- The University of TOULOUSE Jean Jaurès (ISTHIA)
