SENES’s expertise in Health Nutrition is based on a multidisciplinary team
- Engineers in research and development in our Innovation department.
- Engineers in Food Technology (dried ingredients of plant origin for the manufacturing of modified textures or Manger-Mains (Finger-Foods)). The development of this product depends on the capacity of accommodation (small unit of 30 residents/users, up to 15,000 residents/users).
Science and Research are at the heart of SENES’ development. This approach is geared towards understanding the issues better and subsequently finding solutions with innovations in the health and nutrition domain.
In different regions of France, a food engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the health sector is at your disposal to oversee and drive your various projects in diagnostics, training, accompaniments, technical assistance and advice on ingredients (enrichers, natural texturisers) and food preparation tools (pastry cutters, pre-dosing spoons).

- Activity in fundamental research in Ali-nutrition: behaviours, preferences, evolution of the consumers’ diet with mastication and choking disorders as well as dysphagia.
